Series Timeline
Four, Six, or Eight Week Program
The Rest to Lead Program is structured to deliver wellness solutions tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities each corporation faces. The program is available in 6, 8, or 12 week formats and can be delivered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid model to fit your team’s needs. Each week combines guided restorative practices with practical strategies to integrate wellness into thier professional life.
Week 1: Intro: Identifying What Your Team Needs
Kick off the program with clarity and focus. This week is designed to help employees understand the root cause of stress and create a sense of awareness in the workspace.
Week 3-4: Mindful Leadership & Meditation 101
This week supports the foundation of mindful leadership and how to create a mindful and well balanced work place for you and your team.
Week 2: Stress Science & Resilience Training
Explore the science of stress and learn practical tools to regulate the nervous system. This empowers participants to respond to stress accordingly rather than react.
Week 5-6: Integrating Rest into Leadership & Team Culture
Close out the program by learning to integrate mindfulness & intentional rest in both leadership and work based culture. From here you will end it with celebration, reflection and a long term wellness program all in the palm of your hands.

How It Works
The Rest to Lead Program is designed to integrate seamlessly into your workplace, offering flexibility and accessibility for virtual and in person teams. Here’s how we bring wellness to your team:
Customized Scheduling
• Choose from 6 week, 8 week or 12 week program packages.

• 1 or 6 Workshop packages are offered.
​
• 1 or 5 class packages are offered for those simply wanting yoga.
​
• Each session runs 60 minutes and is tailored to meet your organization’s unique need.
Virtual Accessibility
• All virtual sessions are conducted live via a secure online platform -such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

• Employees can participate from anywhere, making it ideal for remote teams.
Comprehensive Wellness Support
• Access to a Virtual Library: A collection of post-session recordings and meditations to keep your team engaged beyond live & in person sessions.

• Wellness Workshop (Virtual & In Person): providing practical tips and tools for workplace wellness, stress management, & burnout recovery​
​
• Yoga Tool Kits: pre recorded videos' such as desk yoga sequences and breathwork techniques to promote wellness during the workday.
*Optional in person Wellness Days & customized Corporate Retreats at an additional cost.
